Q. How long does the color seal last?

A. With proper maintenance, it can last for the life of the tile.


Q. Are the products you use toxic?

A. No. Every product we use is environmentally safe.


Q. What if I have cracked tile or grout?

A. Not a problem. Any cracked tile can be replaced, and any damaged grout can be repaired. Once the color seal is applied the entire surface is uniform.


Q. How long before I can walk on my floor after the color sealing process?

A. For the first 2 hours heavy traffic should be avoided. Normal activity can resume after 6 hours.


Q. What should I use to clean my floor?

A. The best and only recommended cleaner that should be used to clean a sealed surface is a Ph Neutral cleaner. They are affordable and can be purchased through us or can be found at your local hardware stores.


Q. How long do I have to wait to use my shower again?

To allow proper curing time: After a re-caulking process your shower cannot be used for 24 hours. After a full re-grouting process you must wait at least 3 days before using your shower again.


Q. How long will a re-grout last?

A. With the proper maintenance, most re-grouts can last upwards of ten years.


Q. How long does a process usually take to complete?

A. Most projects can be done in one day, so you can return to your normal routine as soon as possible.


Q. Can new grout be color sealed?

A. Absolutely. It is highly recommended to color seal new grout in order to provide the best protection for your new investment.


Q. Does the color seal affect the tile in any way?

A. The color sealer is only meant to seal the grout. Ceramic and porcelain tiles are not absorbent like grout. So, any excess sealer is easily buffed off the tile at the end of the process.


Q. Can any type of tiled surface be color sealed?

A. Yes, however, some natural stones are too porous and are not good candidates for the color sealing process.
